  • LeBron James- The Expert Fallacy Detector By: Jack Ferguson Assigned: B/W Fallacy
  • Logical Fallacies Inc.
  • Listen up son, you have two options. Get a job at Logical Fallacies Inc. or never learn how to survive in the real world.
  • But LeBron James didn't have a job in highschool, and he's a millionare! So I should spend time doing other things and I'll become a millionare.
  • Logical Fallacies Inc.
  • LeBron James here. I hate logical fallacies, and I consider myself to be an expert at detecting them. This father and son need major help in shaping their arguments.
  • Hello sir. I'm LeBron James--expert fallacy detector--I noticed that you used a black and white fallacy in your argument with your son. It isn't true that this young man won't learn how to function on his own if he doesn't get a job at Logical Fallacies Inc. He can get a job at a place that suits him better, or he can join a sport. So next time, avoid giving someone only two options in an argument.
  • OK, Thanks LeBron.
  • Hey pal. I'm LeBron James, expert fallacy detector. I overheard you and your father arguing. I noticed that you used the Wiseman fallacy when you stated that I didn't have a job in high school. That's because I was working hard in the gym after school. I'm a millionare becuase of my basketball talents. Just because I do something, and become successful doesn't mean it's the same for you. Remember that.
  • Wow. Thank you LeBron.
