  • Battle Of Marathon
  • Battle of Thermopylae
  • Everything happened when 499 B.C.E and that's where all the wars had started.
  • Battle of Salamis 
  • WE WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH
  • They fought because King Darius wanted to conquer city-states of Greece. Year 490 B.C.E and they had fought everything out and the Greeks had won the battle.
  • Battle of Plataea
  • After King Darius had died his son King Xerxes and had wanted to attack but this time with 180,000 soldiers and the year was 480 B.C.E  
  • Effects 
  • 480 B.C.E Thermopylae had reached Athens. Xerxes had burned them to the ground. There was at least 300 ships being sent to the bottom sea but the greeks had 40 ships.
  • When the Salamis had been defeated they were afraid of the Greeks because they had a lot of troops 80,000 Greek Troops year 479 B.C.E
