  • ZZZZZZ.......
  • Act III, Scene 2
  • Get out of here, good Fleance, run, run, run!
  • Act I, Scene 5
  • You should project a peaceful mood, because if you look troubled, you will arouse suspicion.
  • You're right, Banquo. Macbeth is every bit as valiant as you say, and I am satisfied with these praise of him. (Duncan)
  • Despite caring for Duncan and being very hospitable, Macbeth lets his greed and ambition for the throne take over and he betrays a friend for the first time.
  • Macbeth displays more betrayal by sending murderers to kill Banquo and Fleance, who thought was their friend.
  • Lady Macbeth is also showing signs of betrayal by being friendly to Duncan while, behind his back, is trying to convince Macbeth to kill King Duncan. She's even teaching him to be deceitful.
