Judicial Branch of U.S./Ohio government is the system of federal courts and judges that interprets laws made by the legislative branch and enforced by the executive branch. The Judicial branch is made up of the Ohio Supreme Court and district. The supreme court takes interpretations of Ohio law and the Ohio Constitution. The court has seven members, a chief justice and six associate justices, each serving six-year terms.
Executive Problems - Solutions: Ohio
The Executive Branch is put in place to make sure that the law of the U.S./Ohio are being followed. This branch is made up of the governor, lieutenant governor, governors cabinet. The governor is commander and chief of the Nation Guard. The lieutenant governor is next in line to take fill the governors place if he/she is unable to do their job.
Article VI: Education system
The issue with the legislative branch in Ohio's Constitution is that they had too much power. They also got to choose Executive officials which lead(s) to a very corrupted system and funds to a private business. The solution to this issue is the Executive officials were elected by the people to prevent corruption and the powers were evenly distributed through the branches.
Article XIV: Livestock Care
The issue with the Ohio Executive Branch was they did not get equal representation as the other branches. This caused problems since their limited power did not balance out the justice system. The solution was limiting the Legislative power and making all powers equal between all the branches.
This article is one way the government can promote education through the state and allows all citizens to have a fair and equal opportunity for education. Also, students are allowed to take out loans for education. This is important to everyone because this allows students to further their education and it will benefit all of society in the long run.
