Storyboard Description

6 panel summary of Hamlet, Act 4 Scene 3.

Storyboard Text

  • I've sent for Hamlet and the body. Hopefully we'll be able to send him to England and avoid backlash from the people.
  • Well sir, we found Hamlet, but he won't tell us where the body is.
  • Bring him in to me.
  • At dinner. Not a dinner where he eats, but as dinner, where he's being eaten.
  • Hamlet, where's Polonius?
  • and that worm having eaten off the corpse of a king.
  • See, all men end up the same way. A man may eat a fish,
  • that fish having eaten a worm,
  • The king passes through the beggar, and eventually the beggar will meet the same fate as the king.
  • An attendant of yours can check for him in Heaven, and you can check for him in Hell. But seriously, if you don't find him in either of those places, your noses will once he starts rotting upstairs.
  • Attendants! Go seek Polonius.
  • Hamlet, listen. I care for you, which is why I must now send you to England- to protect you.
  • Off to England, if you say so!
  • I need this kid out of here ASAP. If England's king listens to me- as he should- Hamlet will be killed as soon as he arrives.
