Wait in jerusalem and i will send you a special gift
After being sent to death by piston and whipped he had to carry a cross and were a crown of thorns he dropped it three times and simon had to carry it a little bit two he was nailed to the cross he nailed beside two thieves and then he was put inside a cave inside a tomb and this day is now know as good friday.
3 days after Jesus had been crucified two woman walked past the tomb and found that the tomb and found it was empty and found the guards laying on the ground a angel called gabriel had told them that not to be afraid jesus had risen and that they should go and tell the disciples the good news and also spread the news to other believers of Jesus. And this day is now known as Aester Sunday
40 days after in bethany Jesus prayed for the last time with his disciples in the gasemmie garden then he rose up to heaven to live on his father's right hand he told them to wait in jerusalem and that he would send them a special gift and to tell all his believers that he had rose up into heaven to e with his father.
I baptize you in the name of the father son and the holy spirit.
10 days later when the disciples and the believers were praying in the home they were staying at in jerusalem all of a sudden a mighty gust of wind blew through the window and the tongues of fire resting on their heads and they were filled with the holy spirit and they could all speak in different languages and the holy spirit was the gift Jesus had promised them.
Many people from all around the world had gathered for the feast of pentecost and the heard the disciples speaking there home languages they thought the disciples were drunk and speaking nonsense so peter went out and preached the crowd and he told them that piston had killed jesus god's son and they ask how can they forgive jesus and god so peter said turn away from piston and turn to god and jesus and get baptized.
After peter had preached the crowd over three thousand people wanted to be baptised and start believing in jesus and many many people wanted to start believing in jesus from all around the world this was the start of the early church and it is now known today as the church's birthday.
