  • The things that are needed for photosynthesis and cellular respiration are called raw materials and the things that are produced are called products.
  • Photosynthesis takes place in the chloroplast. The chemical that captures the sunlight for photosynthesis is chlorophyll. 
  • Carbon Dioxide enters the plant through the small openings called the stomata on the underside of the leaves.
