I lie in front of the gates abandoned and half destroyed. Still I lie here waiting for Odysseus´ return.
I soon hear Odysseus´ voice nearby. Perking my head up in joy, I begin to wag my tail.
I look to see a beggar with a man I´ve never seen before. I soon begin to assume the beggar is Odysseus. He turns away from the other man and begins to weep.
The strange man tells me Odysseus´ is dead. He tells me I was strong when Odysseus left but I now lay here in misery weak.
The two men begin to walk away. I stand here heartbroken, shocked about the new I´ve just recieved.
I close my eyes and begin to think of my memories with Odysseus. I drift off to sleep never wanting to wake up.
