- Dee finally arrives at Normandy Beach. But he is welcomed to the sound of war. He understands that there is no time to waste. It is time to win this war.
- When Samira's Mother is taken away, she understands how important it is to finish her mission. If she doesn't finish it, it means that everything can be taken away from her and she might never see her mom again.
- James is worried about what is to come as he lands. James suddenly realizes that he is injured and the plane dropped him off at the wrong spot. His next mission: get help and continue fighting in the war.
- Henry Allen is an African American medic. He has faced a lot of discrimination throughout his service in the army but he maintains a friendly and caring demeanor with everyone he encounters. In this scene, he is helping Dee's friend Sid who was severely injured.
- Bill Richards is a 19-year old tank driver. His tank gets hit and was blown up but he survives and was severely injured. While hiding under his broken tank, he met Dee who was also taking refuge under the tank. Bill later dies after he tries to get help from a medic.
