Storyboard Text

  • Amendment IV
  • I am here to search your belongings as well as your room.
  • Uhh … you need a warrant for that ..
  • Whatever, ill be back.
  • The officer arrives at the courthouse to get a warrant for the man
  • I would like a warrant to search and seize any harmful objects, as well as arrest Joe Bob if found in possession of such things
  • Very well, officer. Here you go!
  • I can't believe this!
  • Here you are. Step aside, Sir.
  • Amendment IV prevents unreasonable search and seizure. Without a warrant, police, or any authority figure, can't take things that belong to you, unless it is harmful or used harmfully. This amendment also prevents them from searching you without reasonable doubt.
