one day was sitting on a bench at the park all dull because of the study that Mr Collins gave me. I was stressed I flipped my hair down looked down and said too much home work too much homework heaps of times until I fell asleep ... when i woke up a grandpa was standing next to me until he said " young Lady why don't you try mindfulness. " I had no idea ? and before I could ask what he was talking about he was off and gone.

mindfulness is a special way to relax and let everything go. it will decrease your stress and for me change your life. you should do it.
I was lying in bed when mom said " its the last day of school tomorrow ! oh and also do some mindfulness. hey in the morning I have ... h well bye " I wondered what mom wanted to say to me but I just kept quiet forgot about mindfulness and dozed off to sleep.
