- Hi Mr. John, I'm having some issues with my car, but I don't know where where to go at this pandemic period. By the way, where is your car?
- Owh, my car was collected by D & I to be services yesterday and I'm waiting for delivery.
- D & I ? What is that?
- D & I is known as Detailing & Innovation, all we have to do is download their mobile application and specify our car make and model, then select the required service and make an appointment. They will send in their staff to collect and once the required service is done they will deliver our vehicle.
- Really? It is so convenient. But how about the collection and delivery fee? How much does that cost? Thank must be expensive, isn't it?
- It really is convenient and the collection and delivery service is totally free. Last time, I went to a service center nearby, is was expensive and had to wait for my turn but with D & I, no more queuing.
- Really, how about their service and spare parts quality? Are they good?
- Based on my experience, the service and spare parts are really good, they even provided me with a few options for the spare parts and suggestion for my car. Maybe you can service you car at D & I, they have a few specialist has experience on vintage vehicle. You can send your collected vintage vehicle to D & I, I'm sure they can fix them.
