Jane Goodall is the older of 2 sisters. when she was about 2 years old her mom gave her a stuffed chimpanzee which she still has today. When she was 10 or 11 she dreamed of going to Africa and living with animals, because of her love of animals. she was born in London England her birthday is April 3, 1934

when she was 18 she completed secondary school and began working. After high school she couldn't afford collage so she was working 3 jobs she was a secretary, a assistant editor at a film studio, and a waitress she was trying to save up enough money to go to Africa.
Jane Goodall discovered that Chimpanzees have the same personality's as humans. This was a huge discovery at it's time of discovery because people just thought that animals didn't have personalizes but they actually do.
Chimpanzees are just like humans, that's crazy!
Jane Goodall has a institute that promotes development and environmental sustainability in African communities. She also empowers young people all over the world to make a differences in there community/world. She also has a talk called a TED talk that is very inspirational. she even travels 300 days a year to spread her message.
Jane Goodall was introduced to chimpanzees as a baby. when she first traveled to Tanzania the British government Mandated that she travel with a partner. in 1962 she wrote 2 books called through a window and in the shadow of a man she has wrote many other books after that but that is just a few.
