- A long time ago a population of cows are in a field some of these cows were darker colored and had long legs with small feet and others were lighter colored with short legs and large feet.
- A flood occurs and the separates the cows into two groups one group was moved to very land that has rich soil tall grass and lots of other animals the other land was flooded with very little dry areas and cold water due to geographic isolation
- in this new environment cows with larger feet shorter legs and stronger noses thrived with these advantageous trait sand were able to reproduce Animals. Animals without these advantageous traits weren't able to survive in this environment .
- the other group of cows saw changes in their population too. Due too such rich and nutritious soil and very wide hilly land. advantageous traits for these cows included lighter colored hair, strong teeth, and strong long legs. They evolved with these advantageous traits to protect themselves from predators.
- after many years the cows were reunited. however due to their new traits they could not reproduce. It was physically impossible to mate due to their mechanical isolation and their changes physically
- two new species of cow were created over a long period of time due too mechanical isolation one was made for hiding from predators and moving in lots of land and the other was made for swimming and dealing with cold temperatures in water.
