Francois has identified that he needs to improve his strength so he can perfrom better in the football field.
Francois looked up a couple of websites that tell him the benefits of working out. He plans to use this new found information to set up a workout plan and go to the gym.
I am doing much better not only in games but at practice too! I also feel much happier!
Francois has begun to go the gym at least three times a week. When he is there he lifts weights with and without the machines, also at least once a week he runs on the treadmill. When he is at the gym he has a spotter so he doesn't get hurt lifting (healthy behavior) he also leaves his phone and all other devices in his locker so he doesnt get distracted (risky behavior)
How much have I improved since I started working out? What effect has it had on my playing?
Francois talks to his coach who encouraged him to start working out more. His coach reminds him not to push himself to hard and if he feels he is getting to tired or he is becoming overwelmed to stop and rest for a few minutes or take an off week from working out.
Francois notices after practice one day that his ability to perform on the football field has skyrocketed, he also notices that he feels happier and more content with himself since he began working out.
