- The Highwayman and Bess has a conversation while Tim listens jealously.
- I love you dearly. I'll shall come thee by moonlight, though hell should bar the way.
- Gather up your troops and arrest those criminals!
- Tim the ostler tells King George and his troops to arrest Bess and the Highwayman
- They tied her to the bed and had a musket beside her
- Ha! Now, keep good watch!
- Bess warned the Highwayman with her death, as she was shot herself beneath the breast
- The Highwayman came back for revenge, but the Redcoat troops, shot him dead
