Hi, my name is Shaniqua! Recently, I have been gaining weight and getting headaches due to bad drink choices. I am trying to change my ways now by drinking water. You'd be surprised how little something seems when it can affect you so much.
Every day when I got home from work, I drank a few sodas. I thought it was fine until I realized that I was just taking up a bunch of empty calories, or calories with no nutritional value, into my body. I was gaining weight and experienced headaches due to the dehydration.
Nowadays, I feel great as a thin, hydrated person. I still drink soda once in a while, but it's limited. You can be this way too! Thanks for checking out my story. To the gym we go!
