- Caesar enters the Capital to hear petitions, Artemidorus rushes to him and repeatedly asks Caesar to read his first. "Read it delay not, read it instantly." But Caesar refuses.
- Brutus stabs Caesar

- Caesar listens to Metallus Cimber who requests for the return of his banished brother Publius. Brutus and Cassius reapeat Cimber's request. But Caesar in the name of Constantine refuses.

The people for his killing say "It is justified because He came to power by going to war and upon his return he became a Dictator by taking and the power for himself." The people against his killing say that "It is not justified because He enlarged the senate, created needed government reforms, decreased Rome's debt and stabilized The Empire".
