Hello my name is Cheryl, This is an igneous rock and it was formed threw cooled down lava and magma.
You probably already know how igneous rocks can turn to sedimentary rocks through weathering and erosion, but I am going to tell you the details.
The sediments on the igneous rock are flying away.
They are going to the river. Oh no, the volcano is erupting, lets go!
Once the sediments are in the river they are going to be carried away by the current, to the Ocean
The sedentets have built up and are now going to the Ocean. Lets go!
As you can see the rock has gone through cementation to look like this. It takes about 5 million years for a sedimentary rock to form, and that is why this is a hologram.
