  • Treaty of Versailles- League of nations created-Poland would be an independant state-all german soldiers would be removed from france, and russia-germany would have to pay for the war-germany would have to accept blame for the war-German colonies will be divided up by Allied Powers-US refused to participate **Was not successful after all**

  • The signing of the Treaty of Versailles took place in June 1918. Germany was not invited to attend but later was pretty much made to sign it or else bad things would happen.
  • Germany was very upset that they had been forced to give up land, forced to pay for the war, forced to accpet blame for the war. They thought that the 14 points was the bring peace. It was after this that brought up on the WWII.
