Here, Steven is trying to figure out what to write in Ms. Palma's class and starts doing the math for Tic Tacs, to see if he had enough for the day because he forgot to brush his teeth. She had to go to the Philadelphia kid's hospital to treat it, so she quit her jobs to make sure Jeffrey wasn't late to any appointments.
