Parable of the Pearl

Storyboard Text

  • The kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful valuables. This field is like doves flying around with goods that are tempting to get. Though these beautiful valuables are doves carrying pearls. Waiting for the right person to find the right thing.
  • Once the man found the perfect pearl it was the pearl with great price who was carrying it for him. The man made a trade for the pearl. He went to collect a couple more pearls. Those pearls he would sell them.
  • He took the pearls back home. Then sold them with joy. With everything, he had bought from the kingdom. The merchant sold the pearl of a great price.
  • The gates have 6 pearls on each side. So in all, there are 12. Each of the pearl gates has a special meaning. Almost like a fairytail.
  • Each one of those pearls is like walking into a city of gold. The gold worth so much. Those pearls take you to a city where everything or most things are gold. The gates of the city are gold, but yet.
  • But yet are like transparent. Transparent like it was glass. Glass as transparent as the city. Though it might be gold it is like transparent glass.
