John Adams was born on October 30, 1735 to his father also John Adams who was Harvard educated and his mother Susanna Boylston.
He was a Founding Father
Adams Was taught to learn by his father before he was in school. He attended Joseph Cleverly's Latin school. After that he went Harvard and then studied law.
He was the second US President
John Adams was a very successful Lawyer. He defended the soldiers from the Boston massacre. Only two of the eight were found guilty. Also he was able to defend the soldiers because he was impartial
He was one of the 7 vital founding fathers. He was one of the two founding fathers who also became a President. He signed the constitution.
John Adams was chose by George Washington to run for second president. It was a very close race between Adams and Thomas Jefferson. But In the end John Adams won and went on to serve 4 more years and got beaten. He died 25 years after that on the same day as Thomas Jefferson.
