I'm going to be telling them about my little chicks!
Another thing about chicks is their incubation.
There are 4 components of incubation
There are 2 more!
Yes there is!
Some of the temporary organs are the allantois, the amnion, and the egg tooth. The Alantois collects wastes and helps breathe, the amnion protects the embryo from and bumps, and the egg tooth helps them break out of their shell!
We will tell you about
3 parts of a developing embryo!
! component of incubation is temperature. It needs to stay between 99 d. F and 101 d. F or the chicks will be weak. Humidity is big too because the chicks will stick to their eggs if there humidity.
Another component is turning the eggs so they don't sleep to much, and the last one is fresh air because then they will be weak and could possibly stop developing .
1 event of life is when they are 3 days away from hatching, the rest of the yolk connects to their stomach.
Did you know that on day 3 and 4, the embryo starts to look like a spider in a web!
The last event is on day 13-17, the scales, claws, and feathers have completely come in!
