- As you have said Dr. Elena, you know that we have protocols to follow, right? Then you know that we have no VIP treatments here Ma'am. Every patient waiting for me deserves to be swab and vaccinated. Each of them deserves to have all the blood tests. However, we have protocols and rules to follow. Your daughter is not in a critical state, Doctor. She only has the common flu which can be treated by the normal antibacterial medicines, unlike those people out there who are dying every second I spend in here with you. You're a doctor yourself, you know that nothing is wrong with her. I know that you are paranoid but she is completely fine.
