  • Long term causes of the Revolution
  • Government took all of my money for taxes so i had to sell my house and move into a trailer 
  • Estates General 
  • Tennis Court Oath 
  • The peasants would have to pay taxes without representation therefore left a lot of people broke because it would cost them way to much money just for the government to take it away.  
  • Storming of the Bastille
  • France's traditional national assembly with representatives of the three estates. Or classes, in french society the clergy nobility and commoners. The calling of the estates general in 1789 led to the french revolution. 
  • Revolution Begins 
  • A pledge made by the members of Frances national assembly in 1789 in which they vowed to keep meeting at the same place until they drew up a new constitution. 
  • 
  • Bastille used to hold prisoners. Stormed at beginning of revolution to find weapons.
  • Revolution begins in Russia, which resulted in Nicholas II abdicating his throne. his ad=abdication to the communist take over Russia.
