Hashem now tells Moshe all about who He is, that He will save the Jews from Egypt and bring them to Eretz Yisrael. Moshe hides his face becasue he is scared to look at Hashem. Hashem says Moshe should be the one to save them from Paraoh. But Moshe has other thoughts.
מִ֣י אָנֹ֔כִי כִּ֥י אֵלֵ֖ךְ אֶל־פַּרְעֹ֑ה
Hashem knew that Moshe was feeling afraid. He reassured him not to worry. He said he will be with him and give Him signs. Moshe says:
What should I tell them your name is?
Tell them my name is אֶֽהְיֶ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר אֶֽהְיֶ֑ה
Hashem then continues to tell Moshe what he should tell the Jews. Hashem says they will believe him. Then he tells Moshe to take the Elders of the nation, and they should go with him to Paraoh. They should ask Paraoh if they can go into the wilderness for three days to serve Hashem.
However, I know that Paraoh won't let you go unless he feels My strong hand. I will bring my wonders upon the Egyptians, and you will leave Egypt. You will leave with gold, silver and clothing.
