- Eventually, Levi and Tybeert got to a special cave where the compass points. As they go deeper into the cave, Levi feels a dark presence. A spirit appears in front of them, stopping them from proceeding any further. They must answer a very difficult riddle before they come through. Levi scoffs at the spirit and tries to pass without answering, which causes him to be turned into a cat.
- The Road Back
- He has the same exact powers as Tybeert and can finally understand him. Tybeert was also turned into a cat by the spirit since he didn’t answer the riddle. Eventually, they figure out the answer and are able to pass through.
- Atonement

- At the end of a cave is a spring, where glowing water resides. As they go into the water they are both changed from cat to human. Levi finds out that Tybeert came looking for the spring in the first place to help save his wife that was very sick. He heard that the water in the spring could heal any illness.
- The Return
- They gather a bit of water for his wife and set off for his village. They were able to make it back in time and heal Tybeert’s wife. Tybeert and Levi had become great friends but have to part ways. Levi then returns back to his village.
- From this adventure, Levi learns how important and fragile human life really is. He starts to appreciate the family and friends he has in his village.
- When he returns home, Levi tells his mom of the crazy adventure Tybeert and him went on. While he enjoyed exploring the outside world, he begins to become more content with his life in the village with his friends and family.
