A population of Snowshoe hares stares at 100% white fur.
A genetic variation in one of the Snowshoe hares causes their fur to starts growing brown.
A coyote spots the brown snowshoe hare because its fur and starts a struggle for existence for the hares with the variation.
Suddenly an environmental change occurs and it helps the brown fur hares to survive and reproduce.
Due to the variation and the environmental change the brown fur hares are able to survive longer and their is a change in the gene pool.
The brown fured hares are able to over reproduce and make the population 100% brown.
