Negative Exponent- this is an interesting law in math...
As shown here, when having a negative exponent you have to do a rule called the "Reciprocal"
3-2 1/9 1/6 1/-9 1/-6
The answer is 1/9
When doing the reciprocal, you have to put the base and exponent and make it the denominator. The numerator should be one because there is no other value. The exponent now should be a positive. You can simplify if its a squared or a cubed exponent.
