They have been a great challenge for many inspiring leadership from many places and different communities, creatingmutual aid groups, and more. This emergent, responsive and context-based leadership is very important for the new generations to build a regenerative future. Although in reality we have witnessed a range of very different responses from new generations around the world. All over the world, new generations in all industries and communities are making sense of what the coronavirus experience revealed and figuring out what they want to do to build a regenerative future. Indeed, it is difficult to track what has changed through the pandemic, of course, it is not a small task to reflect on the changing events, behaviors, patterns and values across the different domains of our lives and over time, seeking to build a better future.
