nobody is going to put themselves under any pressure
going on a strike will show them how serious we are
true because what they did is unjust and they have in fringed the terms of the contract
before striking we need at least to negotiate then if they do not give us the answer we want we can then strike
my I have particulars regarding the alleged transgressions
Miss Pears there are allegations with regards to multiple transgressions you have committed with that said you are suspended
employees are not planning to work fast or under pressure, they are on a go slow
the hearing can start
firstly how you handled this entire situation is not the right way according to the labour law
Miss Pears from the allegations brought against you how do you plead
as far as i am concerned i did nothing wrong by practicing my rights
Miss Pears has few suggestions on how their grievances would be taken seriously so she is lobbying other employees to join her so everyone can get their hard-earned money paid by the employers, and the shop steward intervened by reminding them of the correct procedure to follow before they strike
you were also wrong to suspend Miss Pears without pay and any form of notice, she is entitled to all of that
can you guys give a moment to re-evaluate and come up with a solution that will leave all parties satisfied
before she knew it Miss Pears was called to the office was served with suspension on alleged transgressions she knows nothing about the employer refused to give her particulars pertaining the alleged transgressions he told her to await hearing
so here is what we are going to do , we are going to revoke all charges made against Miss Pears, pay her for suspension, and pay all employees for overtime
as soon as she left the office Miss Pears told the shop steward what had happened, soon after that, they together went to the hearing with the shop steward representing her
the shop steward is giving the employers a tough time as he is telling them all the laws they broke and if they proceed with the matter chances a high that the ruling will be against them, then after the shop steward gave them a choice to either pay employees all money that is due to them or face charges and or potential strike
and also was not given notice for hearing and I was not allowed to access all the particulars regarding
after the re-evaluation employers briefed the shop steward and Miss Pears on their decision and all parties are in one accord with the decision
