"When God began to create the Earth-the Earth being uniformed and void with darkness over the surface of the deep and a wind from God sweeping over the water" (Moses 38)
One day in the garden, Eve was approached by the Serpent, the most cunning beast God had created. The Serpent told Eve that God had only forbidden the Tree because he did not want them to see, he convinced her to take the Forbidden Fruit.
After eating the fruit, Eve took it back to Adam who followed suit. After that, "the eyes of both of them were opened and they perceived that they were naked" (Moses 41). This was not only a physical nakedness but a metaphorical one. Having disobeyed God's first command, they were alone and exposed to Good and Evil.
In only 6 days, the all powerful God created the Earth, Seas, sky, plants, fruits, animals who he told to multiply, and finally, he made man in his own image and likeness. When God felt the man (Adam), was lonely, he created a woman, Eve, from his rib.
Adam and Eve lived in the beautiful Garden of Eden, in harmony with all of the animals. They were allowed to live there happily under one condition, that they did not eat from the ever-tempting Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
One day the couple heard God walking around the garden and, knowing they were naked, ran and hid. God called out to them, and Adam responded that they hid because they were naked. Adam went on to explain that the woman had given him the forbidden fruit and Eve said she had been duped by the Serpent.
