  • Moderation is the executive branch putting out laws calmly, justice is the judicial branch giving fair and just decisions, wisdom is the legislative branch being wise in creating laws.
  • Hello class, can you please tell me what the pledge means,¨I pledge allegiance to the Georgia flag and to what it stands for Wisdom, justice, and moderation.¨ means
  • I am the state senator and representative of georgia. I elect things and make sure the legislative branch does things right. I work for 4 years and people vote for me.
  •  a Appellate court looks over judgement made by lower court and appeals them, they also make sure that cases are fair and do not go against Georgia constitution and there are 2 appellate courts in Georgia the supreme and appeal.  A trail court measures peoples against the law the actions are judged by a judge or a jury. Trail courts hear cases for the first time. The 5 trail courts superior, state, juvenile, probate, and magistrate.
  • The house speaker is elected by the house members and works as the head of the house. The luitenent governor is elected by a statewide election and presides over the senete.
  • The governor must be at least 30 years old and be a us citizen for 15 years and live in Georgia for 6 years. To be elected you must have the popular vote and can serve 2 consecutive terms. All of the qualifications are the same for the lt. governor. The governor enforces georgias laws and the lt. governor is the first in line to take his place. The lt. governor chooses committee chair.
  • Criminal law is introduced by the government and the prosecuting attorney seeks punishment which is a fine, imprisonment, or death, the defendant has the right to testify but is not required to and the prosecution has to prove the defendant is guilty. Civil case are brought by a private party, the plaintiff is seeking monetary damages, and the defendant is required to testify, the defendant is has to show guilt of the other party.
