• Henry and Bob are trying to figure out how much the pizza costs
• After subtracting the greater number by the lesser number, and taking that answer to divide it by the original amount. Sally's mom found out it was a 71% increase.
• They finally figure out the price and they have enough money to get it
• Henry hears that there is garlic pizza for 35% off and wants to try it. The original price was \$5.

• Okay.
• Henry and his friend, Bob, can't seem to figure out how to find out the cost of the pizza and are both too shy to ask anybody.
• How can we find out the new price?
• Bob figured out how to find the new amount. First, he turned 35% into a decimal. Then, he multiplied 0.35 to the original amount which was \$5. The answer, 1.75, then has to be subtracted away from 5. The answer is 3.25 so the price is \$3.25.
• I got it!
