It looks like a good day for Lindsay E Lamphear! She gets up to have a lukewarm shower when she remembers that showers were invented by the Greeks! It was found that they had possessed the first showers! She gets out to get ready for school...
As she is preparing her lunch, she looks at the thermometer, originally invented by the Greeks, to see whether she should wear a coat or not. It shows to be 40 degrees, so she wears one.
Lindsay has her stuff together, so she goes out to the bus stop. She is standing on cement, which originally came from the Greeks. She caught the bus and was on her way to school.
Lindsay walks into her math classroom. Just before class starts, she remembers that she had to take a test on the hypotenuse of triangle slants! She also remembers that mathematics (particularly hypotenuse) was invented by the Greeks!
Lindsay gets on the bus at the end of the day only to discover that it's raining! Good thing she keeps her umbrella in her locker! She realizes that the Greeks originally made and developed the concept of an umbrella. She gets on and rides all the way back to her house.
She comes home to her family watching the Olympics, which was actually first held and invented by the Greeks! As usual, her Dad is passionate, her Mom cheering and her sisters sitting way too close to the TV. It's been an pretty good day for Lindsay E Lamphear!
