  • Battle of Tippecanoe November 7, 1811
  • Battle of York April 27, 1813
  • Winner: Great Britain Result: The British are able to destroy most of Washington D.C. as revenge for the Americans burning of York (Toronto).
  • Battle of Bladensburg August 24, 1814
  • Winner: U.S. Result: After their loss to the U.S. in this battle, the Native Americans joined forces with Great Britain and battled against the U.S. during the War of 1812.
  • Battle of Fort Mchenry  September 13, 1814
  • Winner: U.S. Result: Neither the British or the U.S. advanced in taking control of Canadian waters, but it did boost the confidence of the U.S. 
  • 
  • Winner: Great Britain Result: This battle was an embarrassing defeat and coupled with the burning of Washington D.C.
  • Winner: U.S. Result:  The British loss in this war would help later that year in reaching a peace agreement.
