Your total wellness consists of three types of wellnesses. These three wellnesses are social wellness, physical wellness, social wellness, and mental/emotional wellness.
Mental/Emotional Wellness pt. 2
Your social wellness is your ability on how well you interact with others. This can include meeting the needs of others, listening to others, respecting others and trusting others.
Your mental wellness is how comfortable you are with your surroundings, people around you, and yourself. Your emotional wellness is how you react to the events going on in your life.
Stress is a part of mental/emotional wellness. Stress comes in three stages, the alarm stage, resistance stage, and the exhaustion stage. The alarms stage is when you decide to deal with the stress or leave it. The resistance stage is when face the stress and become weak or tired because of it. The exhaustion stage is when your body can no longer deal with the stress.
Your physical wellness is how healthy you are. Your physical wellness consists of both diet and exercise. Your body must have regular exercise and a healthy diet in order to have a good physical wellness.
