Hello, what is your name and tell me about yourself?
Hi, my name is Abel.Okay, so I am here because I want to go for being a caddy. I have played golf for at least 6 years and I won some medals for winning golf tournaments.
How did you hear about this job?
I hear about this job on indeed.com and it showed me the job of being a caddy.
I felt like going for this job, because golf is one of my favorite sports and I know all the techniques in helping the golfers make shots.
What do you know about our company?
Your company is willing that the people who go for caddies have to have a High School Degree in order to get the job.
What I heard about the responsibilities of being a caddie are to cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service. Calculate yardage for golfers. Locate errant shots. Maintain the course. Clean clubs and golf balls. Provide course knowledge and information. And assist golfers with decision-making.
What are your areas of strength?
My areas of strength are reflective, balanced, and open-minded, because I reflect on what the golfers have done and how they can improve their skills. I reflect respectively and stay on the good side of the golfer that I am helping out. I listen to what they say and respect it.
Well, what is your greatest weakness?
My greatest weakness would be being a risk-taker, because I don't want to go ahead. I would rather just stay at the level that I am in until I am told to move ahead.
I was with a golfer in a golf course and he told me how I should swing, because he wanted to make it in one shot. So I was troubled by that thought, because there were many ways to make a shot. So I went to my bench and I realized that it was not how the shot was, but it was how the golf club was. So I told him to use a flat golf club and he made the shot.
Tell me about a challenge you have had and how you were able to overcome it?
Well, thank you for coming and you will hear this in two or three days.
