Good morning class!
Good morning, Sir!
Today we will talk about Intellectual Property Rights and its key rights.
Intellectual Property Rights are the rights of an individual over his or her written work.
Intellectual Property has four key rights. They are Patent, Copyright, Trademark, and Trade secret. But today we will only discuss Patent and copyright.
Patent is an exclusive right granted for an invention. This may be a product or a process that provides a new way of doing something.
Next is Copyright. Copyright is a legal term used to describe the rights of an author. It covers works like books, music, paintings and many more.
That's all for today, Class. I hope you learned something new.
