IN Act 1 Scene 1 Roderigo has decided to confront Iago about the love of his life getting to married to Othello after paying him bank to get her to marry him. But Iago comes up with a plan to tell Brabantio about his daughter being kidnap by( Othello ) a Moor.

In this scene, Roderigo has just found out that Desdemona has gotten married to Othello and Iago is trying to calm him down
What profane wretch art thou?
After bad-mouthing Othello, Iago comes up with the plan to go to Barbantios home and tell him his daughter has left with the Moore
Farewell for i must leave you if i stay i shall against the moor
After arriving at Brabantio's house Iago and Roderigo proceeded to call out to him telling him he had been robbed
It is too true an evil.Gone she is.
After hearing such rubish Brabantio comes outside to see Roderigo and questions his soberness but after listening he goes to check on his daughter
I am one sir that comes to tell you your daughter and the Moor are now making the beast with two backs
But before Brabantio has a chance to return Iago tells Roderigo that he has to leave or Othello will suspect him of being a traitor

in a panic, Brabantio rushes out claiming his daughter is gone and Roderigo uses this chance to gain Brabantios grace and show him where Desdemona is
