Storyboard Description

Anne Frank is a young girl who goes into hiding with her family for 2 years during the World War II. She lives with her family and the Van Daans during that time and grows to be maturer and more independent. sadly they were found and taken to camps where they died at different years except for mr. frank who survived and published anne's diary.

Storyboard Text

  • You will never see each other again. 
  • Lots of bombings will be heading towards Amsterdam.    
  • Allies have finally come to our side to help get rid of the Germans!!
  • The war is still raging on. Italy has joined the war to stop the Germans from going any further.
  • The prisoners were sent by train back to Germany. Then, the men were separated from the women and children and they were sent to concentrations camps.
  •  My parents are gone and my sister is sick. What am i going to do now. I feel so sick and cold and want to sleep forever. 
  • Keep moving you lower leveled creature!!!
  • Anne Frank 1929-1945
  • In the Annexe, there was an illegal radio. In the afternoons, the families would sit around the radio and listen to the news about the war right outside their window.
  • Documents including Anne's diary that were recovered from the Annexe
  • I should share my daughter's diary with everyone so she can live on.
  • Conditions were bad, people were sick, starving and freezing. Millions of people died in concentration camps by gas chambers, getting shot, or dying by illness. Anne's mother died in January and her sister died in late February 1945. 
  • Anne Frank died in March 1945 at the age of 15 in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. In May 1945 the war ended.
  • Anne Frank's diary was found and returned to Otto Frank, the only family member to survive.  He published her diary for everyone to read to keep her last wish - "I want to go on living even after my death".
