- The dolphin realized he could not go as close to shore as he wanted without the light shining on him, so he swam to another light house an hour away.
- At this lighthouse he knew he was 30 ft. away and it was shining at a 45° angle. He did 30/ sin(45) to find that it was shinning 42 ft out

- All of a sudden he realized he was wrong and he didn't know what angle the light was shining at. However he now knew it was actually 20 ft tall and he was 23 ft. away, so out of curiosity he decided to find the angle by doing cos-1 (20/23). He figured it out! It was shining at a 30° angle! -1
