  • The Start of the War
  • This is French land and we want to keep it
  • I, George Washington am here to fight for this land
  • Alliances Start forming 
  • The British sent me to ask you if we want to be allies so we can win the war
  • Maybe, we will have a meeting to determine if we want to be allies with you
  • A Turning Point in the War 
  • Go take over some French forts
  • The French and the British both wanted the Ohio River Valley so the British sent George Washington and some other citizens to fight for the land.
  • The Fall of Quebec
  • Behind the gate is Quebec
  • The French became allies with the Hurrons and Algonquins while the British tried to become allies with the Iroquois. The colonies also met in Albany at the Albany conference with Benjamin Franklin who tries to unite the colonies.
  • After the War Ended 
  • OK 
  • This is now British land 
  • At first in the war the French were successful but then William Pitt, a prime minister for the British, started sending troops and conquering French forts.
  • Britain takes over the Colonies 
  • Now the colonists will be under our control
  • Quebec was the capital of New France, which because of its location was thought to be impossible to attack but the English took it over. The English also took over Montreal so that marked the defeat of New France 
  • The war ended in Europe and North America, and so the Treaty of the Paris 1763 gave the land of New France to Great Britain.
  • After the war some natives started attacking the colonists so the king said they have to stay on the coast and that made the colonists mad.
