Who's got it? Who's is it? Is it the Watsons? Is it the Dunbars? It's Hutchinson. It's Bill.

This isn't fair! You didn't give enough time to choose! I saw it!!
After everyone was chosen there was a long pause, a silent pause. Then someone finally spoke. "All right fellows," Mr. Summers said holding his slip of paper in the air. For a second, nobody moved and then, all of the paper was opened.
Don't do this. What you are doing is wrong. What is the point of killing an innocent human being.
Suddenly all of the woman started to speak in unison saying, "Who's got it? Who is it?" "Is it the Watsons?" "Is it the Dunbars?" Then there was a moment of silence. Instantly the voices began to say, "It's Hutchinson. It's Bill," "Bill Hutchinson's got it."
Think about what you're doing... It isn't right.. don't do this anymore!!!
People began to look around to see the Hutchinsons. Bill stood there quietly staring at the card in his hand.Very abruptly, Tessie shouted at Mr. Summers, " You didn't give enough time to choose!" Then, as Bill ,Tessie, and their kids walked up to the front, Someone in the crowd yelled, "STOP!"
Mr. Summers, Old Man Warner, and the Hutchinsons looked very shocked and so did most people in the crowd. "Don't do this. What you are doing is wrong. What is the point of killing an innocent human being," asks the mysterious individual. Mr.Summers steps up and asks, "Who are you?" The young man reveals himself and suddenly everyone gasps.
Voices of men and women began to speak at once saying, "It's Dunbar!" "Dunbar's back?!" Then, he began to speak once more about how unreasonable the lottery is and that it should be ended. For good. The reactions of the crowd was incredible. They were convinced! Thereupon, the lottery no longer lived.
