I'm alright here in physical health; I'm not terribly out of shape, I eat mostly well-rounded meals and I have good personal hygiene.
Some things I need to work on include getting more exercise and getting more sleep. I also need to eat less sweets.
She could work on her self esteem, giving sincere compliments and beingmore positive things in life.
My mental health at the moment is pretty good, but it could be better. I feel okay crying when I need to and sometimes I like to be alone. I share my feelings when I need to and I ask for help when I need it.
My social health by my standards is pretty good. I have a group of close friends that I always hang out with, if I have a problem with someone I talk it out and I'm not too shy.
Some things I could work on are talking more in groups of people I don't know, sticking with activities I'm not that good at and putting myself out there more.
What Will I Do To Improve This Area?: To improve this area, I plan on finishing everything I need to do earlier in the day so I can get to sleep earlier, I might need help from my parents. I'll eat less at lunch so I can eat more at dinner and not need to snack afterwards.
Why Is Physical Health Important?
Physical health is important because it prevents early deaths due to medical reasons and lowers the nation's healthcare costs. Being physically healthy has proven to reduce the risk of illness and decrease stress levels. It can also better and lengthen your life, not to mention help with school.
What Will I Do To Improve This Area?: There are many connections between physical and mental health. I'm hoping that by improving my physical health, it will improve my mental health. I'll need help from friends and growth on my part if I want to better my self esteem.

What Will I Do To Improve This Area?: Bravery to put myself out there and join different activities (meet new people) is something I'll need to improve my social health. I usually get embarrassed when talking in front of people, if I talk in front of people more often, then I'll get increasingly comfortable with it.

Social health is very important to living a healthy lifestyle. Good social support might also help with stress and major life changes. It is proved that lonely people more often suffer from cardiovascular problems, stress and depression, so keeping your mental health up to speed can improve your over health.
Reflection pt. 1: I chose this storyboard design because I wanted to be unique and didn't think anyone else would do something like this, or at least use this specific site.
Reflection pt. 2: This design also helped with the information I wanted to add into my project. I listed all the different types of health that go into your wellness and kept the information organized.
Mental health is possibly the most important section of wellness. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and overall well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. That's why having poor mental health can affect your life the most.
Reflection pt. 3: Some information I couldn't fit into my layout is where I believe I am on Maslow's Pyramid. Currently, I think I am working on the third layer. Right now, I don't see myself ever finishing it.
