  • Katie Hernandez 6 Period
  • Hey, we have been learning about market structures in my economy class. Do you think sole proprietorship could be in monopolistic competition?
  • So have I, I know that sole proprietorship is a business owned and managed by one person and monopolistic competition is when many sellers offer similar, but not standardized products
  • Yea, I think so too. Monopolistic competition are many sellers that offer  similar products
  • Sole proprietorship could be in monopolistic competition because  it's one person that owns and manages a business
  • In oligopolies or monopolies, sole proprietorships do not occur.
  • Sole proprietorships exist only in  monopolistic competition.
  • Small businesses including sole proprietorship are the types of businesses that dominate that type of market
  • There are no big businesses to control the market, leaving small businesses to dominate
  • Your welcome, happy to help you. Now can you help me in my math homework?
