- You know back in my day the world used to be so green,bright and so beautiful to look at!
- Really Grandma, what happened?
- Well the world before was so pretty because we took care of our environment,but now there's pollution.
- Here let me show you what caused all of this!
- Once the world started to get overpopulated a lot of people needed transportation. This led to everyone needing cars, putting lots of gas into our air causing pollution and global warming, destroying and killing animals and their habitats.
- Wow I didn't know cars could impact the Earth like that!
- But the air pollution doesn't just hurt animals and their habitats, it affects us too.
- Grandma, how does it affect us. It can’t destroy our homes.
- No it can not destroy our home. But it can put our health at risk from breathing it in. It could possibly lead to: heart disease, lung cancer and overall has increased heart conditions.
- Well how can we fix this problem Grandma?
- We can help decrease air pollution by: Carpooling to avoid using many cars, Take public transport, or even walk or ride a bike to places that aren't too far.Just by doing any of these simple solutions we can slowly take part in saving our Earth!
