Mary explains to Proctor that if she goes to court to tell who put the needle in, Abigail will kill her and she'll also charge him for lechery.

Mary and proctor go to court to tell Judge Danforth the truth. Mary is asked what she needs to say but says nothing so Proctor tells him that she hasn't been seeing or feeling any evil spirits.
Proctor is questioned by Danforth as to why he has come here. Cheever, Hale, Parris, Giles also add some comments in about Proctor, and whether or not he should be trusted.
