  • The 1st amendment is to have the freedom of religion! Amen!
  • *The first and second amendment*
  • Hey! I know the second amendment says you have the right to keep and bear arms, but can you not point it towards me?
  • Sir, the third amendment states that people will not be forced to keep  soldiers in our homes unless legal procerdures are followed
  • *The third and fourth amendment*
  • Sorry officer, but you must have also forgotten about the fourth amendment wheras you would need a warrant or a good reason to search your home or perform an unreasonable search.
  • Judge Judy! I have proof he robbed a bank, and he will do it again!
  • *The fifth amendment*
  • Tommy Winters is not guilty for robbing a bank. And if he does do it again he, as it states in the 5th amendment, has right to due process of law when accused of a crime; freedom from being tried for the same crime twice.
  • *The sixth amendment*
  • "We people have the Right to a speedy, public, and fair trial, the right to a jury, the right to a lawyer
  • And I have the right to fair bail, I get protection from too much fines or cruel punishment. Lets go government!
  • *The seventh and eighth amendment*
  • All of us people  have the right to a trial by jury in civil cases involving claims more than $20
  • In the ninth amendment it states that the all rights not listed in our constitution we still have. Or in other words, it does not mean they are the only rights we have 
  • *The ninth and tenth amendment*
  • In the tenth amendement it states that the government garantees the the powers not given to the US government or not prohibited from the states  remain with the states or the people.
